Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time with consistent attendance
- valid driver’s license with clean record as stated
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with automotive detailing
- good communication skills
- willingness to work various shifts as scheduled
- commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without need for future work authorization sponsorship
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, trucks, and vans
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, perform factory resets to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify vehicle registration
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- assist customers and transport them to and from the branch when needed
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and parking lot
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
