Job Duties
- clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level, warning lights, windshield condition, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify registration status
- check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread depth, and inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicles properly
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues, pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers and transport as needed
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch areas such as desktops, phones, floors, bathrooms, parking lots
