Job Duties
- clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- verify registration is present, current and matches license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supplies are available
- assist customers when needed and transport customers between branches
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch
- maintain site cleanliness including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming and lot sweeping
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training and goal setting
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
