Job Requirements
- Must have a valid, unrestricted US driver's license
- must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from Newark International Airport (EWR)
- must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must complete New Jersey Graduated Driver License program if first-time driver under 21
- must have open availability including days, evenings, overnight and weekends
- must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in automotive detailing or cleaning services beneficial but not required
- ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- valid, unrestricted US driver's license
- basic mechanical and safety awareness
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level, warning lights, windshield condition, and restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- inspect fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any damages or warnings
- maintain clean and orderly work area and report hazards
- operate cleaning equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branches
- maintain branch site appearance including cleaning of interiors, exteriors, desktops, floors, bathrooms, and sweeping parking lots
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, and training
- maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
