Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle’s exterior including cars, trucks, and vans
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, perform factory reset to clear prior customer data
- Verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed, assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues, remove unsafe vehicles from prep processing
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed and transport them to and from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Keep desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, parking lots, and trash areas clean and orderly
- Improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
