Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid, unrestricted California driver's license
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must not have interviewed with Enterprise in the past 12 months
- ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid California driver's license
- previous automotive detailing or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset and restore vehicle settings, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify registration
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle damage, pull vehicle out of prep process as necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from the branch
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch locations
- perform site appearance responsibilities including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and related tasks
