Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous automotive detailing or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Able to work flexible schedules including weekends if needed
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, perform factory reset to clear prior customer data, check for customer items, verify registration
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- Assist customers and transport them as needed
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform daily cleanliness tasks including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping the lot
- Seek to improve job performance through training and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties assigned
