Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- reliable transportation to job location
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- good communication and customer service skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and equipment
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must live within 45 minutes of Greensboro, NC
- must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past five years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without need for work authorization sponsorship now or in future
Job Duties
- clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items, and verify registration
- check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers and transport them to and from the branches when needed
- help maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleaning of branch locations
- maintain cleanliness of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuum and sweep lot
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
