Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous automotive detailing or related experience beneficial
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items, and verify registration
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety issues and report concerns
- Maintain clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supplies availability
- Assist customers and transport them when needed
- Maintain overall site cleanliness including branch interiors and exteriors
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, and bathroom sanitation
- Seek to improve job performance through training and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
