Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to adhere to high cleanliness and safety standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and handle cleaning supplies safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or similar role is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle settings, place customer items in Lost & Found, verify registration
- Check fluid levels and add as needed, inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any issues, pull vehicle from prep process if necessary
- Maintain clean and orderly work area and report hazards
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure availability of cleaning supplies
- Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to and from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior of branch locations
- Perform daily cleanliness tasks such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned
