Job Requirements
- Availability for 40 hours per week for full time or 25 hours per week for part time including Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays and additional weekdays
- Ability to work within branch hours of operation Sunday-Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield for damage, perform factory resets to clear customer data, and verify registration
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicles for customer rental
- Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights and damage, pull vehicles out of service when necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers as needed and transport them to and from the branch
- Maintain overall site cleanliness including interior and exterior of branch locations, desktops, floors, trash, and bathrooms
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
