Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous automotive detailing or cleaning experience a plus
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to operate cleaning and detailing equipment
- strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- physical ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 2 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- willing to accept $15/hour wage
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset and restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- assist customers when needed including transport to and from branches
- help maintain overall site appearance and cleanliness including desktops, phones, floors, and trash
