Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid, unrestricted California driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Not have interviewed with Enterprise in the last 12 months
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to perform physical labor involved in detailing and cleaning vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous automotive detailing or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items, verify registration
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread depth, and inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues or damages, pull vehicle out of prep processing as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are available
- Assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branch
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
- Continuously seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
