Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid, unrestricted California driver’s license
- must be authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship
- must not have interviewed with Enterprise in the last 12 months
- ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position
- willingness to wear proper personal protective equipment
- ability to work full-time hours according to the schedule
- commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous automotive detailing or cleaning experience preferred
- valid California driver’s license
- ability to operate motor vehicles safely
- good attention to detail and cleanliness
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- customer service skills
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle settings, check for customer items and verify registration
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- wear proper personal protection equipment and manage cleaning supplies
- assist customers when needed and transport them
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning branch locations
- perform site appearance tasks such as cleaning desktops, phones, floors, bathrooms and sweeping the lot
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
