Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have valid California driver’s license
- must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- able to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- able to work Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 6 pm
- must be able to lift and move equipment as required
- willingness to perform cleaning tasks and maintain work environment cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive detailing or cleaning preferred
- ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools
- valid California driver’s license
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
- verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report hazardous conditions
- operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers when needed, including transporting as required
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch locations
- perform daily cleanliness tasks such as cleaning desktops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and sweeping lot
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
- maintain regular and reliable attendance
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
