Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual labor
- Commitment to upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Availability to work specified daytime and evening shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to vehicle detailing
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- Factory reset and restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supply availability
- Assist customers and transport them when needed
- Maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interior and exterior
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Seek continuous improvement through training, skill development, and goal setting
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
