Job Requirements
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or cleaning preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance checks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset or restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
- verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns
- report warning lights, vehicle, windshield, or tire damage
- pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed
- transport customers to and from branches if necessary
- Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform daily site appearance tasks such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
