Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- must have no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- strong attention to detail and quality
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- authorized to work in the United States
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle systems and clear prior customer data
- check fluid levels and add as necessary, check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle for rental
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage, and pull vehicle out of prep if necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area, reporting unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers as needed and transport them to and from branch locations
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- perform site appearance duties including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the parking lot, and other tasks related to branch cleanliness
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
