Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in automotive detailing or related field is an advantage
- ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
- physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting and detailed vehicle inspections
- strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- reside within a 45 minute commute to AVL location
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings and verify registration
- check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicles for customer pick-up
- inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain clean and orderly work area and report hazardous conditions
- operate tools like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers and transport them to and from branches when needed
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors
- perform daily cleanliness tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, trash removal and bathroom cleaning
