Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- ability to work rotating weekly schedule including weekends
- capable of physical tasks associated with vehicle cleaning and detailing
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- ability to operate automotive cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- customer service experience considered a plus
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors including cars, trucks, and vans
- check fuel levels, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and handle Lost and Found
- verify registration and ensure it matches the license plate
- check and top off fluid levels
- inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- examine vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicles for customer use
- report safety concerns and warning lights
- maintain a clean and orderly work area
- operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers and potentially transport them to and from branches
- help maintain branch site appearance including general cleaning of interiors and exteriors
