Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- knowledge of vehicle cleaning and maintenance protocols
- ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
- authorized to work in the United States
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed
- inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers when needed and may transport them to and from branches
- help maintain overall site appearance including general branch cleaning
- maintain cleanliness of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and parking lot
- seek continuous improvement through training and goal setting
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
