Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship
- able to perform physical tasks involved in vehicle cleaning and detailing
- able to work scheduled full-time hours including weekends
- willing to wear personal protective equipment
- able to adhere to company cleanliness and safety standards
- reliable transportation to work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in automotive detailing or similar cleaning role beneficial
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
- ability to use cleaning equipment and detailing supplies safely
- reliable and responsible work ethic
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- valid driver's license with good driving record
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, trucks and vans
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset and restore vehicle settings
- check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost and Found
- verify registration is present and current
- check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report hazards
- wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are available
- assist customers and transport them to and from branches if needed
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior branch areas
- maintain cleanliness of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, trash, and parking lot
- seek to improve performance through self-assessment and training
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
