Job Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in a supervisory role or similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a physical presence on the service drive to ensure a high-quality appearance
- Acknowledge and assist all vehicles with a smile and a friendly greeting
- Properly log all pick-up requests from advisors and cashiers as needed
- Maintain a steady traffic flow on the service drive, using cones for lane closures if necessary
- Monitor porter return times to ensure quick and memorable customer pick-up experiences
- Assign downtime duties such as sweeping, trash pickup, lounge maintenance, and cleaning
- Rotate lunch breaks to ensure the service drive is always properly staffed
- Assist with supervising the service department to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Oversee and manage the service porter team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure smooth dealership operations
