Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Prior experience in an auto dealer office helpful but not necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
- Good listening skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Experience in an auto dealer office helpful but not necessary
Job Duties
- Take payments from Service and Parts Customers/create receipts
- Balance cash/credit/checks daily
- File paperwork/Repair Orders/Parts Tickets
- Answer incoming phone calls (transfer/page to the correct person/department)
- Make confirmation calls for Service and make follow up calls for Service
- Schedule appointments for Service Customers
- Make coffee and replenish snacks
- Check coffee station/snacks every 2 hours
