Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to meet physical demands of automotive detailing work
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field is an advantage
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset and restore vehicle settings, and check for customer items
- Verify vehicle registration is current and matches license plate
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle appropriately
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues, pulling vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- Assist customers as needed, including transporting customers to and from branches
- Help maintain overall site appearance through general cleaning tasks including interiors and exteriors
- Search for improvement opportunities through self-assessment, training and goal setting
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
