Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage under Caliber's policy
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity including reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Can understand both written and verbal instructions
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting heavy objects

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final customer delivery
  • Provide support by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations
  • Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department
  • Follow Caliber and OEM standards for vehicle detailing
  • Assist in ensuring a clean and safe work environment
  • Adapt to fast-paced work requirements and prioritize competing tasks
  • Perform physical activities such as kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
