Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage under Caliber's policy
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity including reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Can understand both written and verbal instructions
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting heavy objects
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final customer delivery
- Provide support by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations
- Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department
- Follow Caliber and OEM standards for vehicle detailing
- Assist in ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Adapt to fast-paced work requirements and prioritize competing tasks
- Perform physical activities such as kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
