Job Requirements
- Reside within 50 miles of Clifton Park, New York
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attend hybrid work schedule with minimum two days per month in office
- Strong typing skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to think critically and seek resources
- Willingness to complete paid training and licensing
- Reliable and adaptable teammate
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related customer service experience
- Applicable insurance knowledge advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a paperless environment
- Proficient in using multiple computer systems during virtual training and claims processing
Job Duties
- Guide customers through the auto claims process from start to finish
- Engage with customers who have been in auto accidents with empathy and professionalism
- Manage multiple systems and resources to accurately process claims
- Provide timely and clear communication to claimants and insureds
- Maintain organized and efficient handling of high-volume claims
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to hybrid working environments
- Uphold Liberty Mutual's brand promise and deliver exceptional customer service
