Job Requirements
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred
- reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- ability to work independently
- weekend availability required

Job Duties
- warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic
- manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes
- provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions
- address client questions professionally and courteously
- maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards
- actively promote services, memberships, and retail products
- identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
