Job Requirements

  • Ability to work lunch and dinner shifts
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to carry trays and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Previous food runner or similar role experience preferred
  • Must comply with health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders promptly to guests’ tables
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff with timely and efficient service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests
  • Support team members during busy service periods
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations
