Job Requirements

- Experience in auditing or quality assurance preferred
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail

- Willingness to travel for vendor audits if necessary

Job Duties
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled surveillance and auditing of repair station internal systems to ensure compliance with FAA Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR) and EASA Part-145
- Conduct random audits of aircraft to ensure adherence to the AAR-ASR Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM)
- Perform on-site vendor surveillance, auditing, and corrective action to maintain regulatory and procedural compliance
- Maintain and update the AAR-ASR Approved Vendors List (AVL) to reflect current approvals
- Provide audit reports and summaries to the Director of Quality, Chief Inspector, and Director of Maintenance as required
- Maintain quality assurance analysis spreadsheets and logs to support continuous improvement
