Job Requirements
- Candidates with 2 plus years of experience will be given preference
- Candidates with video, camera work and recording will be given preference
- Candidates with hospitality experience will be given preference
- Willingness to work long hours, including holidays, with flexibility
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience with audio-visual technology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Good adaptability to changing environments
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking
- Operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications
- Identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during prep
- Maintain communication with management throughout projects
- Follow strict guidelines and timelines
- Represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards
- Foster positive relationships with clients and hotel staff
- Drive a box truck to offsite storage to load and unload AV gear
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional tasks assigned
