Job Requirements
- Two plus years of experience in audio-visual technology preferred
- Experience with video, camera work, and recording preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Self-motivated with leadership and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and strong communicator
- Willingness to work long hours including holidays with flexibility
- Adaptable to changing environments

Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking
- Operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications
- Identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during prep
- Maintain communication with management throughout projects
- Follow strict guidelines and timelines
- Represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards
