Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience in audio-visual services or related technical support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair audio-visual equipment
  • Physically able to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Availability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and professionalism

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment

Job Duties

  • Assist client in supporting all audio-visual business requirements
  • Provide alternative solutions and opportunities for audio-visual setups
  • Identify time and cost constraints to optimize event execution
  • Deliver high-level corporate conference settings for meetings and events
  • Coordinate audio-visual services with other departments and outside vendors
  • Maintain audio-visual equipment by diagnosing problems and implementing modifications
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems to prevent schedule delays
  • Operate audio-visual equipment including cameras, lighting, and sound systems
  • Maintain audio-visual equipment manuals and develop usage guidelines
  • Assist facilities technicians with minor preventative maintenance activities such as lighting bulb replacements and air filter changes
