Job Duties
- assists client in supporting all audio-visual business requirements
- provides alternative solutions and opportunities
- identifies time and cost constraints
- delivers high level corporate conference settings for meetings and events
- coordinates audio-visual services with other departments and outside vendors
- maintains audio-visual equipment by diagnosing problems, recommending and implementing modifications, or securing outside maintenance/repair services
- trouble shoots equipment problems to avoid schedule delays
- operates audio-visual equipment including cameras, lighting, and other equipment for training events, presentations, lectures, employee meetings
- maintains all audio-visual equipment manuals
- develops and maintains guidelines for use of audio-visual equipment
- maintains current knowledge of audio-visual technologies, techniques, and equipment
- sets up and adjusts audio-visual equipment according to customer specifications
- assists facilities technicians with minor preventative maintenance activities
