Job Duties

  • assists client in supporting all audio-visual business requirements
  • provides alternative solutions and opportunities
  • identifies time and cost constraints
  • delivers high level corporate conference settings for meetings and events
  • coordinates audio-visual services with other departments and outside vendors
  • maintains audio-visual equipment by diagnosing problems, recommending and implementing modifications, or securing outside maintenance/repair services
  • trouble shoots equipment problems to avoid schedule delays
  • operates audio-visual equipment including cameras, lighting, and other equipment for training events, presentations, lectures, employee meetings
  • maintains all audio-visual equipment manuals
  • develops and maintains guidelines for use of audio-visual equipment
  • maintains current knowledge of audio-visual technologies, techniques, and equipment
  • sets up and adjusts audio-visual equipment according to customer specifications
  • assists facilities technicians with minor preventative maintenance activities
