Job Qualifications
- Proven experience with audio-visual technology
- Candidates with 2 plus years of experience preferred
- Candidates with video, camera work, and recording experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Candidates with hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Extensive lighting, audio, and video experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently

Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking
- Operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications
- Identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during preparation
- Maintain communication with management throughout projects
- Follow strict guidelines and timelines
- Represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards
