Job Qualifications
- Proven experience with audio-visual technology
- 2 plus years of experience preferred
- Experience with video, camera work, and recording preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Extensive lighting, audio and video experience is advantageous
- Self-motivated
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively

Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- Ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking
- Operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications
- Identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during prep
- Maintain communication with management throughout projects
- Follow strict guidelines and timelines
- Represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards
- Foster positive relationships with clients and hotel staff
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional tasks assigned
