Job Qualifications
- Proven experience with audio-visual technology
- candidates with 2 plus years of experience preferred
- candidates with video, camera work, and recording experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- candidates with hospitality experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- experience with extensive lighting, audio, and video technology a plus
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- self-motivated with leadership and collaboration skills
- highly organized, team-oriented, and strong communicator

Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
- ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking
- operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications
- identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during prep
- maintain communication with management throughout projects
- follow strict guidelines and timelines
- represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards
- foster positive relationships with clients and hotel staff
- thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- perform additional tasks assigned
