Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or three years of technically related audiovisual support experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of audiovisual and IT systems
- SECRET clearance or ability to obtain INTERIM SECRET clearance
- InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology
- InfoComm International CTS Certification in Audiovisual Technology Installation
- Basic Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training or ability to train within 120 days
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb and work at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to respond to service requests within specified time frames
- Experience in maintaining audiovisual equipment and systems
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Experience in maintaining logs and using ticketing systems
- Position contingent on contract award

Job Qualifications
- Possess an associate's degree in a related field or three years of technically related field experience in providing audiovisual support
- Have a basic knowledge and understanding of audiovisual and information technology system settings
- Possess a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain an INTERIM SECRET clearance
- Hold InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology current throughout employment
- Hold InfoComm International Certification (CTS) in Audiovisual Technology Installation current throughout employment
- Possess basic training or capability of training within 120 days in Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron systems
- Ability to provide clear instructions and briefings on audiovisual systems use
- Experience in coordinating audiovisual setup for events and ceremonies
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing audiovisual equipment including cabling and components
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with technical support and customers
- Ability to maintain detailed logs and reports related to audiovisual system performance and maintenance.
Job Duties
- Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed classroom audiovisual equipment including hardware, software, networking, and TEAMS video conferencing for Enterprise Classroom Program classrooms
- Possess the ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights of 20 feet
- Maintain daily logs of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues
- Utilize the Army's Incident ticketing system AESMP to capture workload
- Capture daily and weekly sustainment reporting requirements via the online ECP Repository
- Provide status reporting of daily activities, recurring or significant issues, maintenance checks, and problem resolutions
- Perform monthly preventative maintenance of audiovisual equipment including cleaning projectors and cabinets
- Change projector filters and lamps as required
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve classroom equipment performance issues and replace parts as necessary
- Serve as the classroom support representative for ECP and maintain routine communications with the ECP PM office
- Maintain Common Operating Picture of all ECP Classrooms
- Assist on-site government and other personnel with daily classroom audiovisual equipment operations
- Provide on-site audiovisual expertise for ECP classrooms
- Ensure all ECP classrooms are maintained in a fully functional state for government training
- Enter sustainment tickets into the ECP online classroom sustainment ticketing system and monitor until resolution
- Maintain accountability of equipment and repair parts for daily troubleshooting and maintenance
- Report daily issue of bulbs and repair parts by classroom
- Coordinate with ECP technical support to resolve issues and restore classroom functionality
- Interpret audiovisual signal flow wiring diagrams and schematics
- Repair CAT6A cabling as needed
- Document shipping and receiving of classroom audiovisual equipment repair/replacement parts
- Produce audio products for presentations, ceremonies, and events
- Receive requests and set up audiovisual equipment for events including ceremonies and conferences
- Coordinate with customers to determine audiovisual requirements and conduct site surveys
- Determine equipment quantity, configuration, and setup parameters
- Test and operate audiovisual systems during events to ensure quality sound reproduction
- Develop and manage the audiovisual loaner program
- Provide instructions and briefings on the use of audiovisual and instructional technology equipment
- Perform audiovisual setup for special events
- Create SharePoint and AESMP tickets for classroom issues
- Provide COR monthly reports on work completed and pending
- Respond to service requests within specified time frames
- Coordinate with COR for extended timelines.
