Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in valet or automotive services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient or willing to learn scheduling and management software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass pre-employment screenings
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in valet services, automotive, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with scheduling or management software (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation
- Experience in high-volume environments such as dealerships, hotels, or event venues is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and best operational practices is preferred
- Must be able to complete all pre-hire and pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely park, retrieve, move, and inspect customer and dealership vehicles
- Manage keys, maintain security protocols, and coordinate vehicle flow with staff
- Work with the detail department to ensure all new and used vehicles are properly detailed
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inquiries, directions, and general support
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Use scheduling and management software to support daily operations
- Track performance metrics and assist with operational improvements
- Take photos of all new and used vehicles in the photo booth using provided iPad and software
- Verify daily that vehicle photos are properly posted and accurate on the dealership website
- Communicate with Sales Managers about photography status, delays, or issues
- Print federal Buyer’s Guides and apply them to all pre-owned vehicles
- Laminate and prepare New Vehicle window stickers for display
- Assist with billing, cash reports, and maintaining accurate vehicle logs
- Train, guide, and support valet staff as needed
- Help maintain schedules and ensure adherence to dealership procedures
