Job Duties
- Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, wipe down doorjambs
- vacuum vehicle interiors to remove loose dirt and debris
- clean engine and engine compartment using steam-cleaning equipment and cleaning agents
- inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, mechanical issues
- apply tire dressing and maintain tire wells
- maintain showroom and stock vehicles in a clean and presentable condition
- keep work area neat and clean
- use buffer to detail vehicles
- report safety issues immediately
- empty garbage into designated areas
- open and close lot as required
- keep service drive clean
- clean customer lounge and coffee areas
- maintain overall lot appearance
- operate tools and equipment safely
- park vehicles according to company policy
- assist sales and service staff with vehicle movement
- add and maintain key tags and window stickers
- drive vehicles to other dealerships or vendors
- pick-up or deliver customers using dealership vehicles
- complete additional tasks as directed
