Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older and have reliable transportation
- Experience in the guest service industry, with demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to see, hear, talk clearly, and write legibly
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to represent the best face of the organization to the public
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and enforce attraction rules
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Operate assigned attractions only when certified through on-the-job training
- Ensure attractions are operated in accordance with company policies, procedures, and state or federal safety regulations
- Explain and enforce attraction rules, including age and height restrictions
- Maintain and issue proper equipment required for each attraction
- Monitor attractions continuously during operation, ensuring proper control and guest safety
- Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions safely
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from starting rides or assisting guests
- Inspect attractions and report any mechanical or electronic issues to management immediately
- Report any emergency matters to the supervisor or manager on duty without delay
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
