Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus
  • Experience in the guest service industry, with demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to see, hear, talk clearly, and write legibly
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to represent the best face of the organization to the public

Job Qualifications

  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and enforce attraction rules
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

Job Duties

  • Operate assigned attractions only when certified through on-the-job training
  • Ensure attractions are operated in accordance with company policies, procedures, and state/federal safety regulations
  • Explain and enforce attraction rules, including age and height restrictions
  • Maintain and issue proper equipment required for each attraction
  • Monitor attractions continuously during operation, ensuring proper control and guest safety
  • Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions safely
  • Prevent unauthorized personnel from starting rides or assisting guests
  • Inspect attractions and report any mechanical or electronic issues to management immediately
  • Report any emergency matters to the supervisor or manager on duty without delay
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
