Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation
- experience in the guest service industry, with demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns is a plus
- demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend
- demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
- demonstrated ability to see, hear, talk clearly, and write legibly
- bilingual is a plus
- ability to represent the best face of the organization to the public
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
- strong communication skills to interact with guests and enforce attraction rules
- ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Operate assigned attractions only when certified through on-the-job training
- ensure attractions are operated in accordance with company policies, procedures, and state/federal safety regulations
- explain and enforce attraction rules, including age and height restrictions
- maintain and issue proper equipment required for each attraction
- monitor attractions continuously during operation, ensuring proper control and guest safety
- assist guests in entering and exiting attractions safely
- prevent unauthorized personnel from starting rides or assisting guests
- inspect attractions and report any mechanical or electronic issues to management immediately
- report any emergency matters to the supervisor or manager on duty without delay
- cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- perform other duties as assigned
