Job Requirements

education or experience relevant to event management
ability to work onsite in New York, NY for at least 4 days a week
availability for occasional travel up to 20%
strong communication skills
proficiency in event management software and data handling

Job Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in event registration
hands-on experience in managing room blocks and partnering with vendors
hospitality industry experience or knowledge
a knack for organization and attention to detail
familiarity with tools like Cvent, Attendee Hub, or other event management platforms
