Job Requirements

  • Based onsite in New York, NY for at least four days a week
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support events
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event registration or hotel rooming block management
  • Familiarity with web development tools and registration technologies
  • Background in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • College degree or relevant certifications in event management
  • Proficiency with software like Cvent, Attendee Hub, or similar applications

Job Duties

  • Lead and support a team in managing attendee data and experiences
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure tailored event solutions
  • Craft and manage registration websites and processes with attention to detail
  • Perform quality checks on reports and registration data for accuracy and compliance
  • Train and onboard new team members to foster growth and efficiency
