Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or training desirable
- Comfortable with data entry, using electronic devices
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and proof of insurance card
- May be required to pass a company driving skills test
- Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
- Able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers to compute costs and make change
- Able to perform these operations using units of American money
- Able to keep records according to prescribed systems
- Able to apply common sense when performing duties and following written and oral instructions
- Able to deal with problems involving a few variables in standard situations
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk or run and sit frequently
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to adjust vision including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Able to transfer or relocate to another facility/location without prior notice
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training
- Comfortable with electronic data entry
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Effective communication skills in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to follow instructions and apply common sense
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to relocate or transfer among company locations if required
Job Duties
- Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, co-workers and managers
- Properly collect, record and deposit in the designated bank all monies or cash equivalents and accompanying documentation at the end of each shift
- Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork for each shift, including vehicles in and out, if applicable
- Accurately cash out tickets, if applicable
- Immediately report any damages incurred, and any claims of damage incurred reported by customer to their vehicle, and/or complete an incident report
- Accurately dispatch drivers to airport terminals, if applicable
- Accurately clock in/out at scheduled work times, using the manual time card or electronic time clock, as applicable
