Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Previous valet experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including intermittent jogging or running
- Fluency in English
- Flexible schedule to accommodate 24/7 operations including holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles including standard transmission, electric, luxury, high-end, performance, and specialty vehicles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time including intermittent jogging or running
- Previous valet experience preferred, especially in upscale or luxury properties
- High school diploma, general education degree, or international equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak)
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Follow all established valet procedures - open vehicle doors, provide valet tickets, identify the guest, document existing damage, maintain an accurate log of vehicles
- Safely operate, park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist guests with luggage, directions etc. as needed
- Always adhere to safe and lawful driving practices, prioritizing guests, pedestrian, and vehicle safety
- Accurately and securely store guest keys and return at the time of departure
- Consistently deliver a level of service that exceeds expectations
