Job Duties
- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread, and coffee
- Greet guests by name wherever possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient stewarding
- Complete closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and securing the area
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas
- Follow company safety and security policies and report any hazards
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Welcome all guests according to company standards
- Use professional language and answer phones with proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects under 50 pounds
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
