Job Requirements
- open availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to pass background and eligibility verification (E-verify)
- excellent communication skills in English
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- prior experience in cleaning or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- clean guest rooms to high standards including making beds and replenishing supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of corridors and public areas
- ensure safety, sanitation, and organization of housekeeping linen and storage closets
- collaborate with team members and management to communicate guest needs and any maintenance issues
- take initiative to resolve guest complaints and enhance guest satisfaction
- follow all health and safety protocols
- support hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest experience
