Job Duties
- Provide exceptional cleaning service in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all assigned areas
- Handle housekeeping linens and storage closets efficiently
- Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create guest loyalty
- Collaborate with team members and report observations to management
- Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to meet guest's needs
